In this episode, I talk about the importance of viciousness, standing up for ourselves, fighting back (when necessary and from a healthy place), the survival instinct, and what I call warrior energy.

Knowing which fights to get into (and why) is a big part of this. Unfortunately, much aggressive raw survival energy is wasted on stupid online arguments and pointless protests.

In this episode, I explore what warrior energy means and can look like in the contemporary world, what causes our lack of it (and extreme misdirection of it when it's present), and where we can channel this energy instead (and why we should be aware of any of this at all).
