Mercury Goes Direct! What Did You Learn? Some Questions For Reflection

Today, Mercury Retrograde ends.

What did you learn?

Mercury is a fast planet. Mercury is known as a messenger: sharp, direct, mercurial, sometimes unpredictable. 

Mercury Retrograde (what I've come to call Mercrograde) happens multiple times a year. As a Virgo rising, my chart is ruled by Mercury - so despite the occasional tech or communication kerfuffle, I tend to love these Mercrogrades. 

These are times to be a bit more still, to look back, to reflect. To examine what we've been doing, what's working and what hasn't been.

Without these moments of reflection - which in our modern, fast-paced world often need to be forced, planned, or scheduled - we just end up continuing to do what we've been doing, regardless of whether or not it's working or feels resonant. 

I woke up with about 10 new ideas for things I need to do differently in my business, and quickly jotted them down so I don't forget. They're now written in my planner so I can make sure I take action on these strikes of inspiration. 

What will you do differently based on what you learned this Mercrograde?

• This past Mercrograde hit us from July 17 to August 11 (today). What themes do you notice coming up for you over the past few weeks? Were you mainly focused on love, work, friendships, the home?

• Reflecting back on the last month, what went amazingly well? Where in your life do you feel wildly fulfilled and inspired?

• Reflecting back on the last month, what went... either terribly, or not so great? What can you do differently to avoid similarly icky happenings? What behaviours and habits need to go?

• If you could sum up this past Mercrograde in two words, what would it be?

• If you could pick one word to take with you as a 'lesson' of sorts, what would it be?
