Welcome to Tarot 101 with Sabrina Scott! In this video, I explain how to prepare for a tarot reading when you are getting a reading with a professional reader.

This video is not about how to prepare to do a tarot reading for yourself (that one is coming soon)! I hope this video will put you at ease and make you a lot less stressed about getting a tarot reading from a tarot professional - there's nothing to worry about, and a good tarot reader will be able to support you no matter how messy or organized you are when you show up, and whether you have a series of planned questions, or you don't even know what you want to know!

At the same time, I do speak on the importance of having an awareness of the scope of practice of a tarot reader. We work best when combined with whatever other supports you need in your ecosystem of care - whether that also includes therapists, psychiatrists, naturopaths, trusted friends, yoga teachers, whatever!
